第一部分：服務條款（繁體中文）

歡迎使用由 DEPT AI（「我們」）營運的 小保工作台（SiuPo Workspace）。當你啟用帳戶、登入或使用本工作台（包括連結 Google Calendar 或 Apple Calendar），即表示你同意遵守以下條款。

1. 服務性質與使用資格

小保工作台為受邀香港保險顧問及授權團隊成員而設的內部工作平台，不設公開自助註冊。你必須妥善保管個人登入密碼及一次性啟用／重設連結，不得與未獲授權人士共用帳戶；如在共用裝置（例如共用 iPad）使用，完畢後必須登出。

2. 保險業務合規界線與顧問責任

小保工作台提供的所有功能（包括但不限於 AI 會前摘要、AI 草稿、保障缺口試算、產品比較、「救命紙」保單速覽及保險新聞提示）僅作顧問內部資料整理與草稿輔助工具，在任何情況下均不構成正式保險報價、保單合約條款、受保確認、核保批准、投資／法律／稅務建議或索償批核。持牌保險顧問向客戶提供任何文件或建議前，必須自行核對保險公司官方保單條款、費率及監管合規要求，並就其專業建議承擔全部責任。

3. 客戶資料合法授權與安全

你確認並保證，凡上載或輸入至小保工作台的客戶姓名、聯絡方式、保單資料、會面紀錄及 PDF 文件，均已取得相關資料當事人所需的合法授權及同意。在「見客練習」功能中，你只可使用虛構情境練習，不得輸入真實客戶的個人識別資料。

4. 第三方日曆整合（Google Calendar 及 Apple CalDAV）

你可自行選擇是否連結個人 Google Calendar（透過 Google OAuth 2.0）或 Apple Calendar（透過 iCloud CalDAV 應用程式專用密碼）。一旦連結，即授權小保工作台按《私隱政策》所述，於工作台內置日曆與你所選的日曆之間讀取、建立、更新及刪除行程以進行雙向同步。你可隨時於工作台設定內中斷連結，或於 Google／Apple 帳戶設定撤銷授權。

5. 服務可用性、責任限制及終止

本服務按「現狀（As Is）」及「現有可用（As Available）」基礎提供。對於因第三方供應商（包括網路、Google API、Apple iCloud、AI 服務或裝置推送服務）延遲、中斷或資料同步差異所引致的損失，DEPT AI 在法律容許的最大範圍內不承擔間接或附帶損害賠償責任。如使用者違反本條款或構成安全風險，工作空間負責人或 DEPT AI 可隨時暫停或終止其存取權限。

6. 適用法律與管轄權

本服務條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其詮釋。

Part II: Terms of Service (English)

Welcome to SiuPo Workspace (小保工作台), operated by DEPT AI(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By activating an account, signing in, or using SiuPo Workspace (including connecting Google Calendar or Apple Calendar), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Security

SiuPo Workspace is a private, invite-only workspace for authorized insurance advisors and team members. Public self-registration is not available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and one-time activation/reset links, and you must sign out after using shared devices (such as shared iPads).

2. Advisor Responsibility & Non-Binding Draft Disclaimer

All outputs generated or displayed in SiuPo Workspace—including AI pre-meeting briefings, AI drafts, coverage gap calculations, product comparisons, one-page policy summaries (“救命紙”), and news highlights—are internal organization and drafting aids only. They do not constitute formal insurance quotes, policy contracts, coverage confirmations, underwriting approvals, claims decisions, or financial/legal advice. Licensed insurance advisors are solely responsible for independently verifying all policy terms, figures, and regulatory compliance before sharing any information with clients.

3. Client Data Authorization & Acceptable Use

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and lawful authority to input or upload client contact details, policy records, meeting notes, and PDF documents into SiuPo Workspace. You must not input real client personal data into the fictional role-play practice feature, nor attempt to bypass workspace role or advisor access controls.

4. Third-Party Calendar Integrations (Google & Apple)

Connecting Google Calendar (via Google OAuth 2.0) or Apple Calendar (via iCloud CalDAV App-Specific Password) is optional. By connecting a calendar, you authorize SiuPo Workspace to read, create, update, and delete events on your linked calendar solely to provide two-way calendar synchronization as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time in the app or via your Google or Apple account settings.

5. Service Availability, Limitation of Liability & Termination

SiuPo Workspace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEPT AI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party service interruptions (including Google APIs, Apple iCloud, AI providers, or push notification networks) or unverified draft outputs. Workspace owners or DEPT AI may suspend or revoke access at any time for security or policy violations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
