Google Calendar 授權與資料使用摘要 · Google OAuth & Calendar Data Summary

當顧問於工作台內選擇連結 Google Calendar 時，小保工作台會透過 Google OAuth 2.0（含 PKCE）請求以下權限：

• openid 及 email（userinfo.email）：核對並顯示已連結的 Google 帳戶電郵地址。
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events：讀取及寫入顧問本人主要 Google Calendar（primary）的行程，僅用於與工作台內置日曆進行雙向同步（讀取外部行程以免撞期，並將工作台建立、修改或刪除的會面同步回寫至 Google Calendar）。

When an advisor connects Google Calendar, SiuPo Workspace requests openid, email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.eventssolely to verify the connected Google account email and perform two-way event synchronization between the in-app calendar and the user's primary Google Calendar. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM (256-bit) in Cloudflare D1. Google user data is never sold, never transferred for third-party use, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI/ML models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
